The clearing
The ceremony ground under the ponderosa pines — the round floral arch, the petal aisle, two blocks of cross-back chairs. Photographed before anyone sat down, and then all the way through to the walk back out.

Drinks by the water
The stretch between the ceremony and dinner, spent on the bank: the drinks shelf at the edge of the pond, cocktail tables among the pines, the welcome mirror at the top of the lawn.

The long table
Dinner on the lawn above the pond — farm tables end to end under string lights, low arrangements down the middle, the lodge up the slope. Photographed while it was still being laid, and again once everybody was sitting at it.

The rowboat
The flat-bottomed rowboat on the pond, out among the lily pads, with the far bank of pines standing upside down in the water behind it.
